*Should [Neo_Japan] feel they need MINIMUM_AVIATION capacity for medical emergency, etc., they should plan it in such a way the rest of the world could copycat their model; [Japan] was the first enlightened on the subject matter concerning CLIMATE_CONTROL, thus should stick to the agenda to bear fruit; Earth's longevity depends on this agenda...
